About Me

In my early 20s, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and it changed everything. Now in my 40s, I realised it was time to focus on my health.

In 2019, I started a fasting lifestyle, and finding Dr. Mindy was a game-changer. She taught me how to “fast like a girl” and eat in a way that balanced my hormones. This new approach helped me overcome many MS symptoms.

My journey has shown me that with the right tools and mindset, we can tackle even the toughest challenges.

Now, I want to share the healing powers of the woman’s body and help women realise how amazing they, and their bodies, are.
